1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tally application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Services

Tally is a sports score tracking application designed primarily for Apple Watch.

  • Score Tracking Only: Tally provides score tracking functionality. It does not provide official scorekeeping for sanctioned tournaments or competitions.
  • No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that score calculations will be error-free in all scenarios.

3. User Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using Tally. The app does not require account creation, collect personal information, or offer in-app purchases beyond the initial one-time purchase from the App Store.

4. Purchase and Payment

  • One-Time Purchase: Tally is available for a one-time purchase of $2.99 (USD). There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases.
  • Payment: Payment is processed through your Apple App Store account at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its components.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security.

6. Intellectual Property

Tally, its design, branding, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Tally team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis:The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Score Accuracy: While we employ automated scoring rules (side-outs, server tracking, win-by-2), we are not liable for scoring errors or discrepancies.
  • Liability Cap:To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tally's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app ($2.99).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or on this page.
